Tours To Uzbekistan

Kyrgyzstan is open for tourism - all the border crossing rules below

Published: 09 september 2020

Kyrgyzstan has officially reopened for tourism on August 21, now allowing select countries to once again visit since shutting its borders to foreigners in March.

This beautiful mountain land in Central Asia gets around 3 million tourists per year, mostly from neighboring nations, but has a growing adventure travel and eco-tourism sector. Since they are reporting a flattening of the curve and a downward trend in cases, Kyrgyzstan is hoping to now recover some of their lost tourism season.

Our tourists visit Kyrgyzstan for horse riding, yurt camping, mountain climbing, hiking, kayaking, and enjoying natural hot springs.

As of August 21st, Kyrgyzstan is now allowing residents from 31 countries to visit.

  • Armenia
  • Austria
  • Azerbaijan
  • Belarus
